3. Verification Process

• By submitting verification data, you consent to our review and storage of your information for the purpose of identity verification.
• We reserve the right to approve or reject any verification at our sole discretion.
• Providing false or misleading information may result in account suspension or legal action.

4. Payments

• All payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your full payment card information.
• Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in account suspension.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• You may not use Veexify for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
• You may not impersonate others or submit false information.
• You may not attempt to access or tamper with other users' data.
• Any violation may result in immediate termination of your account.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content, trademarks, and software on Veexify are the property of Veexify or its licensors.
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our site without permission.

7. Third-Party Services

• We use Supabase for authentication, database, and storage services.
• We use Stripe for payment processing.
• We are not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party providers.

8. Disclaimers

• Veexify is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any verification or user data.
• We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our services, except as required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veexify and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the service; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the service; (d) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our service by any third party; or (e) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Veexify, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of Veexify shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the jurisdiction of Veexify's principal place of business, except where prohibited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Veexify operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
